At BODY TORQUE we have a money back guarantee on our retail garments. The item might not be as you expected, or it may not fit as you expected or you may just have changed your mind. No problem - you may return it. Simply contact us to let us know what is being returned and why it is being returned and then send the item back to us. As long as we receive the item unused, with the original tags in place and within 7 days of purchase you can choose a refund or an exchange. Simply put, all that we ask is that the goods are returned to us in their original condition so that they can be re-sold. If they have been damaged by you, or have been damaged through use, we will not be able to accept their return.

At BODY TORQUE we have a quality guarantee on all our garments both custom made and retail. If the quality of our garment does not meet your expectations we will either repair it, replace it or give you a full refund. Simply contact us and explain the nature of the defect and then send the item back to us within 7 days of purchase.

At BODY TORQUE we have a supply guarantee on all our garments both custom made and retail. If we send you something that you didn't order, send you the wrong thing, or sell you something that doesn't match its description, we will exchange it for the correct item, or give you a full refund. Simply contact us and explain the nature of our error and then send the item back to us.

 

Online Retail Delivery Guarantee

We know you like to get your parcels fast!

Within Australia, we deliver all our orders to you via the Australia Post Express Service.

  • When you spend $150 or more at BODY TORQUE, we will express post your order to you free!
  • When your order is less than $150, we will express post your order for a flat rate of $15.

Orders that are received before 1pm EST* (Eastern Standard Time) on a business day are sent that day. We aim to have your order to you within 2 working days – this can be quicker if you live in VIC or a capital city and it may be a little longer if you live in a remote area.

Australia Post Express Post Service – guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post network. The Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links. New Zealand – You will pay the flat overseas freight charge, which will be determined at the time of ordering. New Zealand and other International customers don’t pay the Australian GST and your item price/s will be updated at the Shopping Cart page to reflect this. Parcels take 3-7 days to reach New Zealand and may be subject to import taxes or duties.

International Postage - If you are a customer not living in Australia, we can deliver your products to you. You will pay the flat overseas freight charge, which will be determined at the time of ordering, and then it will be your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. You are exempt from the Australian goods and services tax (GST).

Out of Stock - We update our site’s product regularly however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
