The Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia will be using the funds raised by the 2007 Tour de Cure to host Australia's first ever "Fighting Prostate Cancer" Round Table Conference. This project will involve the bringing together of some of Australia’s leading scientists, medical specialists and government representatives, together with the Foundation’s major corporate supporters and donors, to address the impact of prostate cancer on rural and regional areas. The Round Table will also bring together the Foundation’s 80-odd support groups to participate in the forum.

The National Breast Cancer Foundation is dedicated to providing better health outcomes for women. Integral to achieving this objective is funding research that investigates every aspect of breast cancer. Hence the money raised by the 2007 Tour de Cure is going towards sponsoring the latest ‘E’ Robot. The very latest technology in tissue research and analysis. Through this the NBCF aims to identify better methods of detection and improved treatments for breast cancer sufferers, to improve survival rates and ultimately to work towards finding a cure for breast cancer.
With the funds raised by the 2007 Tour de Cure, Camp Quality is subsidising their MAIN CAMP project, which includes 130 camping and recreation programs held each year for children aged between eight and twelve years old. The aim is to bring "fun therapy" into the lives of children living with cancer.
