No matter where you are in the world you can purchase from the Body Torque website. We presently have customers as far afield as America, China and the UK. 3 » How long will it take for me to receive my stock order? It takes approximately 3 working days for you to receive your order (within Australia). Please allow for public holidays. We use Express Post or a courier to ensure your garment arrives promptly. The delivery time is subject to stock availability. 4 » What happened if a product I have ordered is out of stock? Occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock. We use Express Post or a courier to ensure your garment arrives promptly. The delivery time is subject to stock availability. When this happens a Body Torque staff member will be in contact with you via email or personally. 5 » Can Body Torque Design up Custom Gear? Yes we design custom gear for not just cycling teams but for Mountain Biking, Netball, Running, Support Crew, Triathlon and Soccer. Basically any sport. 6 » How long will it take for me to receive Custom Design gear? From receiving your 50% deposit allow 6 to 8 weeks to receive your completed garment. 7 » Is there is minimum order quantity for Custom Gear ? Yes, our minimum order quantity is now only 10 garments. This applies to both Full Custom and Semi Custom requests 8 » Is there a delivery charge? All order incur a delivery charge – orders in Australia are charged the standard Australian postage charges, including GST and any overseas orders incur International standard rates. The type of delivery we use will depend on the size ad weight of your order. We do our best to ensure your postage costs are kept to a minimum. 9 » How do I pay for my order? We never make your personal details available to companies outside the Body Torque group. Although, we may hold your data so that your details and/or order can be processed and/or account maintained. At Body Torque, we respect your privacy and will comply will all applicable Australian privacy laws. 12 » I would like to cancel my order, can I do this? Yes you are able to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of good, as long as garments have not been worn and are in their original state – with exception of ordered custom gear. We do not cancellation and return of custom designed gear. 13 » If my custom gear is incorrect can I return it? In the case of custom gear not being correct we accept the return and will fix the issue at hand and return the garment to you amended or completely printed. Customer satisfaction is paramount. 14 » If I make a mistake when ordering on line, can I amend it?
